Health Checks
In order to best support clients, all new Liquid IT Clients start with a IT Services Health Check. This audit gives organisations a better understanding of their current environment and potential vulnerabilities. We can then provide clients with an easy to understand report with recommendations for improvement and implementation.
Liquid IT utilises state of the art Remote Monitoring and Management Software (RMM). This allows us to proactively monitor and manage all of your IT services - your sites, your servers, your devices and your printers. This alerts us to any areas of concerns, often before you’ve even noticed a problem. This often gives us the opportunity to resolve issues before you may have noticed a problem.
Our team can proactively install, and manage updates for any antivirus software on your devices. This means that your Servers, Desktops/Laptops/ Notebooks/Tablets are centrally managed using our cloud portal.
Our RMM means that we can proactively manage windows patches and software updates for our clients across all of their devices.
Liquid IT makes file backup easy and we help to ensure that all of your devices are backed up to multiple locations - onsite and offsite (using secure cloud storage.) This is especially important if something goes wrong and your files need to be recovered.
If something does go wrong, our managed services include managing disaster recovery and prioritising those files that need to be recovered first.
We work with our clients to analyse and predict their IT needs - now and into the future. This allows us to suggest the right IT solution, including areas for optimisation and automation. We look at developing a system that can grow with a clients business and improve their business productivity.
As part of our managed services, we will provide our clients with a monthly report. This includes the status of their hardware and software, identifies events that may have happened during any given month and identifies areas that may need to be upgraded to avoid future problems.
We provide an IT audit for new clients covering the following areas (Hardware & Software, Licensing & Compliance, Security, Backups, Antivirus, Windows Patching, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity).
